Our Doctors are contactable during their surgery hours by phone. Please be mindful that your Doctor may be busy & unable to attend to your phone call (except in urgent / emergency situations) & our reception staff & Nurses are trained to triage & pass through messages to your Doctors who will then respond when able.
Email communication to our practice is although available, is not a secure form of communication, if you are emailing to request personal information, this is a risk you accept.
Please do not email to request urgent advice, prescriptions, referrals or appointments.
House Calls
Home visits to our regular patients may be available at the Doctors' discretion. Please contact the surgery as early as possible if you require this service. Conditions & Fees apply
After Hours
Our practice provides 24-hour care for patients through a link to our after-hours service provider. To ensure continuing patient care, all details of the visit are forwarded to the practice.

Recall & Reminder system
Our recall/reminder system provides preventive care, appointment & follow-up reminders to our patients. This service is operated through HotDoc. Please advise The Doctor if you do not wish to participate.
Schedule of Fees
The Doctors at Capri Medical are mixed billing* contractors. Below are the standard prices for consultations but, of course, additional procedures will vary in price. A discount fee is charged for Health Care / Concession card holders.
For your convenience, all rebates are available on the day of the visit through our Easyclaim on-site.
We accept EFTPOS, credit card and cash.
a surcharge applies to all electronic banking transactions.
The Doctors offer Bulk Billing to children up to 15 years, care plans & health assessments.

All skin cancer surgery, minor surgery, IV therapy attracts a private fee - rebates may be available for some of these.
